Why has my order been canceled?
How do I cancel my order?
Once an order has been submitted to the warehouse, it is usually not possible to make changes or cancel.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately https://nikkolasd4fun.com/pages/contact-us with your order number.
If it is not possible to cancel your order in time you may Refuse the shipment. To refuse a shipment, simply inform the carrier when they attempt to deliver to you, or take the sealed/unopened shipping box back to the shipping carrier's local office and ask them to Return to Sender. Once the items are back at the warehouse and received, we can issue a credit for the refused products. Please note that if the shipping box has opened, the carrier will not accept it and it is no longer possible to refuse the shipment.
Can I alter my order?
When will my order arrive?
The warehouses need at least 1 to 3 Business days to process orders, and the majority of orders are shipped in this time frame. The delivery time frame you select during your purchase, begins the day your order is shipped. Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within three to ten days, depending on your preferred shipping method. How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. Shipping costs vary based on the weight, shipping box/mailer dimensions, and the distance from the origin to destination. You are charged the exact carrier shipping cost. If your order value is more than $100, we provide free shipping.
Can I track my order?
Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. You can also view your tracking information any time by going to My Account, then Order History.

Can I return or exchange an item?
When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We are happy to provide account credit or replace items found to be DEFECTIVE. Due to the nature and usage of Adult Products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and the warehouses do not accept returns.
You must contact us within the first 7 days when you have received a defective or incorrect item and are requesting either a refund or replacement. We will enter the information into your order so that your product issue can be handled smoothly.
How do I return an item?

What do I do if I lose my return note?
My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via https://nikkolasd4fun.com/pages/contact-us with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached NOT OPENED! Any open packages will be considered opened and used and will not be returned. No money will be funded until item is returned back to us and carefully checked out.
How long does it take to return an item?
I order a adult toy and a Print-on-demand item, how will they be shipped?
Your order will be shipped separately and possibly arrive at different times. The adult toy is purchased already made to go. The print-on-demand item is made printed as the order is received.
